As we move towards the cold season, there isn’t much better than getting a fresh taste of new music from electronic duo Flight Facilities to get you dancing amongst a dreamy soundscape. Today, Jimmy and Hugo check-in with their new single All Your Love featuring the sublime vocals of Dustin Tebbutt.
All Your Love is the fourth standalone single that the Sydney producers have put out following their globally acclaimed LP Down To Earth. In this new era, Dustin Tebbutt joins a standout cast of features that so-far includes NÏKA, Broods, Reggie Watts, Saro and Emma Louise.
Coming from two different musical styles, Flight Facilities and Tebbutt have crafted a sound that make the blend between the two almost crystal clear. We get that desire to get up and dance to Flight Facilities’ uptempo progression, but we also feel the need to put on a warm jacket, sit outside and stare at the sunrise as soon as we hear Tebbutt’s celestial vocals and lyricism. Tebbutt says on the song's lyrics:
"For me it's a look at vulnerability in a relationship and how being open to that paves the way for those grander euphoric feelings, while at the same time leaves you at the mercy of the other person. It's a confession and celebration of the process and ultimately, that moment when you let the control go.”
The atmospheric track has arrived soon after Jimmy and Hugo’s sold-out Return Flight Tour which saw them play intimate shows across the country, as well as close out the main stage at each leg of the Groovin’ The Moo festival.
They’ve already had a massive year, but it seems that Flight Facilities are only going to keep surprising their fans, both existing and upcoming, with announcements such as this.
