In celebration of Chef Frederic’s roots, the menu pays homage to recipes from his youth, cooking in his grand père (grandfather) Henri’s restaurant and kitchen from the tender age of 10. Add in an array of classic dishes that capture the Parisian spirit and a wine list with a mix of both French and Australian wines hand-selected by sommelier, general manager and co-owner Lionel Richard, and you’ve got the buzz of Paris in the heart of Sydney.
