Brigade Dining, located upstairs on level one within Woollahra’s art deco hotel, The Light Brigade, is a casual fine dining restaurant offering seasonally fresh and Modern Australian cuisine: with beautifully plated bold flavour combinations yet retaining simplicity with a focus on only a few key ingredients per dish. With nods to art deco design and colours, it offers a casual atmosphere paired with a softly classic look and feel, that can be sectioned off into individual rooms, or one large space that can create a stand-out experience for groups of 9 – 150.
