Gazebo has been the heart and soul of inner-city Elizabeth Bay since the 1960’s. In its former life as a hotel to visiting international celebrities & local icons, it was all about decadent, hedonistic times in the company of great friends both old and new. Fast track some decades later and Gazebo as we know it today embodies the very same ethos.

With an extensive refurbishment just completed, the grand dame that is Gazebo is now better than ever. Split into two distinct spaces Gazebo is the quintessential neighbourhood venue, offering something for everyone. A lavish dining room inside, resplendent with chandeliers and a grand piano, offers a sophisticated, sleek and moody atmosphere perfect for date-night dining or vibrant lunches with friends. Outdoors, it’s all about casual eating and drinking - the place to see and be seen by friendly locals in this urban oasis.

Head Chef Jason Dean (formerly of Gastro Park & Est.) brings a contemporary approach to the menu with a focus on share plates with a modern slant. The wood-fired oven touches a number of dishes from rustic pizzettas to succulent tiger prawns, each destined to become signature items and firm favourites.

Group Sommelier Sarah Limacher has devised a short, sharp 30-strong wine list of Australian and international wines and will regularly add to it with monthly cameos from different drops she has collected on her travels to some of the best wine regions both locally and abroad. Group Bars Manager Jason Williams also offers a carefully curated cocktail list of inventive tipples and proven crowd-pleasers.
