Fresh Catering have opened yet another fine dining establishment the celebrates Sydney. Designer Kristie Paul, Manager Zelka Pierce and Sommelier Samantha Payne compliment Head Chef Andrew Barkham in the makeover crew at the Museum of Sydney courtyard restaurant and bar. Barkham brings a stellar international cooking career in high profile restaurants in both Australia and the UK, including The Bridge Room, Selah, The Point and Rhodes Twenty Four.
This is a must do Sydney dining experience, and not just because of the historical significance of the location. The food is exquisite. By the way, a tour of the museum upstairs is also a must.
