Icebergs Dining Room & Bar

You would think, with expansive views of Bondi Beach, Icebergs would be all about the view. With head chef Monty Koludrovic in the kitchen, it’s the food that trumps all else. Black Kingfish with pickled spelt, rye, trout roe and radish salad looks and tastes like high art. Icebergs Modern Pavlova with Grapefruit & Campari Granita, Creme Fraiche, Beetroot Sorbet & Meringue is both unique and divine. Although with the experienced hand of Koludrovic, the menu is often changing, based on the seasonality of produce.  The restaurant also have great events like ‘Jazz and Pinot’ to heighten the usual dining experience.
