MCA Café

The MCA Café and Sculpture Terrace is located on Level Four of the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia with some of the best views you’ll find at a Gallery café. The Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and surrounding harbour and city scape are so close you can touch it. Open to the public as well as Museum visitors, the café has a contemporary atmosphere and a great line up of dishes to choose from for either lunch, morning or afternoon tea and dinner on Thursday nights. The menu is seasonal utilising fresh, local produce with selections for Early Bird diners, small bites and boards, salads, mains and sides and a great selection of desserts. The café is fully licensed with a full range of cocktails, cold drinks including house made punches and iced teas as well as Little Marionette coffee and T2 teas.

The stylish Sam Marshall designed café sits proudly above the gallery’s Mordant Wing and is accessible by both the George Street entrance and the Sydney Harbour promenade walk. No reservations are necessary.
