Michelin trained Chef Jacopo Martelossi, has teamed up with Gina di Brita from Numero Uno Specialty Coffee Roasters, to deliver a marvellous food and coffee experience.

Out of this exciting collaboration, Nu 56 is born, bringing modern regional Italian fare to both breakfast and lunch, combined with a strong focus on showcasing ethically sourced, artfully roasted beans. Whether extracted traditionally from the Brew Bar, or as a Single Origin Espresso Martini, you will instantly recognise and appreciate the point of difference.

The unique space at Nu 56 is designed to create a free flowing conversation between diners, the chef and the roaster, whilst mindfully keeping the price points real. An exciting night menu, showcasing the Chef's full skill set, will be also available shortly, delivering thoughtful cutting edge dishes.
