Regatta Rose Bay

Executive Chef Damien Pignolet and Head Chef Michael Morrison impress in their own understated way at this historic and iconic harbour location. As you might expect on a pier, the Rose Bay Marina, there is seafood, individual oysters natural or with oscietra caviar, wonderful fresh sashimi, a seasonal seafood (and meat) menu, and daily specials, classic yet contemporary based on European cuisines, French Italian and Spanish. Simple yet luscious food, and that is not a contradiction. It's plated simply. It tastes very good. There's just a wink of twist that makes it perfect for the location, and perfect for now.
