The Royal Albert is one of Sydney's oldest pubs. Faithfully and minimally restored, it has the charm of yesteryear with the craft beer taps of today. With a large focus on small and independent Aussie producers, there’s plenty to sample. There are regularly tap takeovers from small craft brewers, and plenty of cool events and promotions always on the go. If you’re a fan of the humble beer and burger, the Royale with Cheese (or to Pulp Fiction fans, the Quarter Pounder) and a tin of Mornington Pale Ale should do you nicely. If burgers aren’t your thing, pop into their little dumpling bar ‘Bamboo’.
