This important venue has come home. New owners Stewart & Jessica Parsons (also of Bronte Road Bistro) have teamed up with one time Claudes apprentice (with later time at Bel Mondo and Pier) to resurrect the historic French restaurant just in time for its 40th anniversary. But the new saintly incarnation, has cool play lists and a contemporary French-Japanese menu along with its white table cloths and slick service.
Now over two floors, the upstairs room with its wine wall, can also be used as a function space for 30.
A must for all Sydney locals and visitors. Put it on your bucket list if you haven't already been.
