The Swanson Hotel

In the quieter end of Erskineville, in place of the establishment formerly known as The Kurrajong Hotel, you’ll find the Balmain Pub Group’s latest venture - The Swanson Hotel. Not content with setting up another ragtag pub serving $10 steaks on Tuesdays, the Swanson has been topped off with a bistro/restaurant on the second floor serving a much higher calibre of pub grub. The Swanson is turning out to be an all-out classy joint where, downstairs, you can indulge in a schooner in front of the footy or, upstairs, sample some of the more intriguing meals you’ve ever had in a pub.
