Plastic flowers never looked so good. The Balmain Hotel website shouts "drop by, say g'day" and they mean it. One of the best local pubs around with a friendly female licensee and welcoming staff, with one of the best beer gardens. Tropical mix and match décor carries through from the cosy public bar to the dining room - where a burger is just about a soft bun must. Beers, good wine list by the glass, great cocktails.
