Workshop Espresso is one of Sydney’s oldest hole-in-the wall cafes. Located on bustling George Street, the Workshop team are adept at powering through take-away orders without compromising quality. They have an assortment of Single Origin beans from Toby’s Estate on offer, and are willing to guide you through the list. There’s a small menu for breakfast and lunch. Either take-away or do your best to nudge through the crowd to snag a seat.
