All through July, The Rocks Aroma Festival will be celebrating everything related to coffee, including some awesome workshops.

Cupping is the structured professional process of tasting coffee to reveal key flavours and faults. In this introductory course you'll taste coffees from different regions and learn about the key flavour issues and techniques that make your favourite coffee taste as it does. You'll discuss how taste and aroma create flavour, the language and expectations of flavour, why cupping protocols exist, the technique of flavour deconstruction and the art of blending.
