All through July, The Rocks Aroma Festival will be celebrating everything related to coffee, including some awesome workshops.
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and a country where coffee is ingrained in the way of life the origin of, and home to, much of the world's best coffee. Coffee in Ethiopian coffee is distinctly complex; from the thousands of heirloom varieties that produce intense aromatics and flavours to the various growing regions and the way coffee is grown, processed and traded. In this workshop, two Ethiopian coffee professionals, Moata and Ansha, will talk about their country's unique coffee culture and share some high quality premium Ethiopian coffee. This is one workshop true coffee aficionados won't want to miss.
