Traditionally focusing on talent from Sydney's inner west, this year BAD FRIDAY is breaking beyond Sydney city's limits to bring the best of Australia's indie artists into the Marrickville arena.

Hip-hop-psych-soul outfit BOO SEEKA are set to make their BAD FRIDAY debut after a good showing in the Hottest 100 of 2017, hitting the stage alongside Brisbane indie-dance shakers THE
BELLIGERENTS, Melbourne's ferocious genre-defying badass ECCA VANDAL, soul-rock septet WEST THEBARTON from Adelaide, Perth trippers PSYCHEDELIC PORN CRUMPETS, plus local favourites THESE NEW SOUTH WHALES, STRAIGHT ARROWS, BIG WHITE, BETTY & OSWALD, MEZKO, PARTY DOZEN, SUNSCREEN and rounded off by explosive new kids on the block A. SWAYZE & THE GHOSTS.

It goes without mentioning that our VERY SPECIAL SUPER-SECRET HEADLINER is worth getting excited about. We just won't mention who they are. For now. Possibly not even until show time. But
trust us, as far as headliners go, it's a good 'un. We promise.

And while the lineup is a just a little less Sydney-centric, the local flavour will remain intact with some of the best local food and beverage providers providing a familiar taste of home.

Now in its ninth year, BAD FRIDAY is an annual gathering that's bad in name but oh-so-sweet in nature, evolving from its underground beginnings into a boisterous bonafide block party.

BAD FRIDAY has been taking place every Good Friday since 2010; born at Sydney's iconic Annandale Hotel before shifting to Enmore's Vic on the Park, last year it launched out of the Inner
West pubs and into the streets of Marrickville.

This year will be bigger and badder than ever, with two stages, even more acts, DJs. more amusements and, yes, more toilets.

A shit-hot lineup, special guests, top local nosh and bevvies, an array of amusements, all your mates, and just a stone's throw from home - so BAD it's GREAT!
