Monthly South West Sydney slam poetry legend Bankstown Poetry Slam provides you with your share of slamming, finger clicking, live poetry fun, in the Bankstown Arts Centre for just a gold coin donation.
Slammers perform original pieces of up to 3 minutes, 5 random audience members become judges, there are no age restrictions and there are prizes! Plus the chance to score a spot in the annual Grand Slam.
Flip the Script, Western Sydney's first and only regular youth open mic is on in the same space at 5pm.
