The People’s Republic of Movies (P.R.O.M.) has announced today that their eagerly-awaited ‘second dance’ is with Tom Ford; internationally respected designer, artist, curator and film director ahead of the release of his new film, Nocturnal Animals.
Off the back of their sold-out inaugural event with Quentin Tarantino in January, P.R.O.M. will host a special advance screening of Nocturnal Animals, followed by an exclusive Q&A with the filmmaker live from London a huge four weeks ahead of its release.
Creative Producer of P.R.O.M, Chris Murray explained, “After seeing this incredible film, we immediately decided this was the only true way to follow Tarantino’s appearance at P.R.O.M. back in January. Tom Ford is another creative enigma wrapped in a talent most rare who just has to be explored, and that candid experience must be shared with our audience, live as it happens.”
“These events are truly for one night only – they’re real, they’re exciting and we strive to make them immersive, sexy and fun; they should never be forgotten,” concluded Murray.
Starring Amy Adams, Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Shannon, Nocturnal Animals was recently awarded the Grand Jury Prize at the Venice Film Festival and is receiving rave reviews internationally. Universal Pictures Australia releases Nocturnal Animals nationally on November 10.
