"Rock n roll to the max" - Chicago band Thompson Springs hit up Newtown's The Townie, joined by locals Easy Street and Jack Millar.
A Chicago native, Matt Smith started Thompson Springs as an outlet for songs he collected while playing in the Madison-based group, The Sharrows.
It's a little bit folky, partly introspective indie pop-rock, and at times a little psychedelic. Check them out.
