As VIVID illuminates the city for the first time this Saturday night, indulge yourself with bespoke, story-led cocktails, curated food and drinks, artisan performers and deep conversation.
In an age of endless information and an insatiable appetite for knowledge, are we really the wiser or more in the dark than ever before? As part of the Hard Things to Talk About series, this evening at The Calyx will explore curious things from existence, aliveness, being human and the very essence of enlightenment - probing the mind and soul to think about difficult questions - and their answers.
Those attending the evening will be joined by Fiona Kerr, Neural and Systems Complexity Specialist who will explore the wonders and possibility of our brain, Entomologist and Collaborative Memory and Intelligence Specialist Tanya Latty, Collective Mind Expert Derek Leddie and Philosopher and Writer Tim Dean. Guests will also enjoy exclusive access to the VIVID Light Walk to end the evening.
If you'd like to explore an immersive feast for the senses and converse about the meaning of aliveness, ancient wisdom, philosophy and meaning, visit here for tickets.
