Bottomless Brunch, Salt & Palm

Sydney's newest Bottomless Brunch launches this weekend at Salt & Palm Glebe.

Salt & Palm of Glebe serves traditionally inspired modern Indonesian food (a cross-regional offering encompassing Balinese, Javanese and Chinese Indonesian cuisines). Somewhere in the lockdown gaps of the last two years we managed to try our first taste of Salt & Palm and adored the food, service and venue, a spacious airy main street restaurant that has been known to us in previous incarnations.

After a difficult 24 months or many, Salt & Palm has reinvigorated its brunch offering to give you a taste of that Bali getaway you so desperately and deservedly want and need.

The Salt & Palm Bottomless Brunch offers both a vegan and omnivore set menu as well as a la carte options. Think - Indonesian-style corn fritters with smashed avo, Balinese chilli and lemongrass relish. Vegan fried celeriac burger, with garlic chilli sambal or Pandan waffles, shredded coconut in palm sugar syrup, fresh fruits, and coconut ice cream. Yummmmmm, drooling already....

Executive Chef Natasya leans on the hand written recipes passed onto her by her grandmother to create her signature sambals and sate marinades. At the helm of both the restaurant and kitchen, Natasya truly builds warm and friendly hospitality experiences that leave people yearning for more.

The new weekend bottomless brunch set menu is $89 per person and will be available well into 2022.
