This year, food trucks are on the move to the 2016 Australian Open of Surfing in Manly serving up a fresh new range of food and beverages.

The massive crowds set to enjoy some of the world’s best surf, skate and music action will also have a fresh selection of finger licking food with the new precinct tempting tastebuds with not-so-guilty pleasures.

The street food wave will bring quality foods and a great vibe to the nine day festival. From February 27 – March 6 Agape will serve organic street food – championing the best, certified organic, sustainable and natural produce including their renowned Chili dog; made with grass fed wagyu beef chile con carne, crispy chorizo, coleslaw, and chimichurri on an organic spelt bun – YUM!

If Mexican sets your tastebuds dancing, truck on down to Cantina Movil where they will serve up Chipotle beef, achiote chicken, or chilorio pork, married with pinto beans and cheese all wrapped up in a soft tortilla.

For coffee lovers The Little Hopper will have fair-trade boutique roasted coffee to kick start your morning of competition watching, along with organic teas, chai, homemade milkshakes and iced tea.

Get bangin’ with Berlin Bangers fine sausages - free from preservatives, gluten, dairy and any fillers, and served with homemade sides.

If you’re a lover of pizza and all things organic, check out Happy As Larry to get a traditional Neapolitan wood fired pizza, made from Australia’s freshest produce.

Asian cuisine is also on the menu, with Tsuru bringing their iconic steamed buns with signature spicy pork belly, chicken teriyaki and vegetarian fillings.

Don’t forget to cool down from the heat whilst enjoying the action with one of Pure Pop’s iced treats, available in nine delicious preservative free flavours.

With a diverse range of sports action, food, entertainment and activations, the event provides fun for all ages from sun up to sun down.
