Shopping has changed. The latest addition is the Saturday pop-up market in the new Rosebery food precinct Saporium at 61 Mentmore Avenue Rosebery.
This Saturday August 6th from 10am - 3pm you can pull your shopping trolley or carry your basket and eat your way around a bunch of fabulous stallholder friends from Brooklyn Boy Bagels and Mr Bao Buns to Little Creek Cheese and Chocolate by James Collins, and for the really health conscious 80 Raw 20 Paleo and gluten free baked goods from Kitchen Green.
Artisan butcher Kingsmore Meats will be putting on a delicious BBQ, with other Saporium tenants offering special tastings and one off workshops. The premium pop-up market will feature incredible live entertainment, including acoustic music, and art demonstrations. The opening of The Red Spoon Co. this weekend also sees them join current Saporium purveyors and artisans.
These market stallholders will be joined by fellow Cannery favourites and pizza masters Da Mario, who will be serving Neapolitan pizza in the Saporium carpark from their new mobile food truck Pizza Da Mario, a bespoke shipping container with a 3 tonne wood burning oven imported from Naples.
