Wahroonga Food + Wine Festival

The Wahroonga Food + Wine Festival will return to Wahroonga Park, Wahroonga on Sunday 9October 29, 11am to 5pm.

2017 highlights include carefully selected a wide range of exquisite wineries from NSW and around Australia. On the day you will be able to meet the winemakers and to taste and buy their premium and award winning wines. Taste over 130 wines from 30 wineries and enjoy an array of local produce and a huge selection of gourmet food stalls offering a variety of international and Australian cuisines.

The Sparkling + Oyster Bar feature deliciously fresh Sydney Rock oysters served straight from the Ralson Bros South Coast of NSW farm accompanied by a glass of chilled Sparkling – what a way to spend a beautiful spring day!

Join the new Modus Operandi Craft Beer Garden Bar where you can try the full range of Modus Operandi Brewing operated by local Northern Beaches couple, Grant and Jaz Wearin who will present their award winning local Mona Vale brews.

They have also introduced new culinary cuisines this year with signature dishes from Jimmy Liks, Berlin Bangers, French Cheese, delicious Sofrito Paella, Gourmandise de Paris, El Qahirah, Meat + Cleaver and the legendary Italian Urban Pasta.

Enjoy a range of cheese platters, coffee brews and Goose on the Loose gourmet foods. For dessert; Amsterdam Pancakes and Serendipity Ice Cream will again present their range of premium ice creams.

Produce market stalls will line the flowerbeds and walkways offering a variety of products including olives from Really Stuffed Olive Co, Olive Oils from Falcon Grove oils, jams from Cheeky Chops Industries, Persian Nougat, Honey Haven Mudgee honey products, Eat Me Chutneys, Prue Blends, Tar 10, Currong Comestibles, The Herb Store, Sydney Chocolate, Signature Sauces, Linda’s original sweet chili relish, Florist Ipsen Botanica, Muuri Smokers, puddings from Pudding Lane and more, so buy your shopping basket from the ‘Market Basket’ and enjoy what our market has to offer.

The event is FREE and all ages are welcome. Bring your friends and family to enjoy the live music on the rotunda stage with performances by talented local school and contemporary musicians and entertainers. There will also be entertainment for the children, including inflatable rides and our petting animal farm from the Southern Highlands.

Wine tasting glasses and ticket packages are available starting at $20 available for sale on the day from the Tasting Ticket Marquee.
