Sydney Film Festival might be over for 2016 but it lingers with us in our memories, the film reviews and Australia’s newest luxury London Dry Gin BLOOM, which launched into the Australian market as the official spirit sponsor of the festival.
Arriving on Australian shores direct from the U.K., BLOOM Gin is a floral London Dry Gin, inspired by nature. Master Distiller Joanne Moore, the world’s first female gin Master Distiller, chose the flowers of chamomile and honeysuckle, with the citrus fruit pomelo, to make up the three main botanicals for BLOOM – each one contributing to the delicate gin drinking experience.
BLOOM Gin is distilled in the oldest gin distillery in the UK where they have been producing the world’s finest gin since 1761. G&J Distillers is known worldwide for the superior quality of its spirits. During its 250 year history, only seven Master Distillers have fulfilled the role which is now carried out by Joanne who is celebrating the 10th Anniversary as Master Distiller.
BLOOM Gin is distilled in a traditional copper pot still, overseen by Master Distiller Joanne, and uses demineralised fresh spring water to reduce the spirit to a final bottling of 40% ABV.
BLOOM Gin has won many awards and medals for its superior taste and quality, including a Double Gold at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
