Dazzle your party guests with this gorgeous little cocktail recipe book! The Cocktail Garden offers delectable drink recipes focussed around the flavours of seasonal produce. Fragrant blossoms, fruits, herbs and vegetables all add complexity and a very special touch to your favourite cocktail.
Ed Loveday, cocktail master, has created a wonderful collection. His creations are spiked with seasonal flavours found in the garden and they are coupled with the most beautiful and intricate illustrations by internationally acclaimed illustrator Adriana Picker.
You’ll find an amazing array of ideas from using raspberries and rich figs to citrus and white peaches plus infusions using a riot of herbs including basil and thyme, sage and lavender.
There are more than 80 recipes for absolutely delicious beverages that will delight at every time of year. For long hot summer afternoons spent among flowers in the garden find out how to create a berry filled cobbler or a wine spritzer recipe for those warm breezy evenings on the back deck. For autumn evenings, how about a fig and thyme cooler under falling leaves or champagne cocktails for celebrations under the apple tree. Try a pomegranate highball by a winter bonfire or a nightcap by the fireside and how about a honeydew-studded fix at springtime or fruity punches for that garden party gathering with style.
No matter what your occasion from drinks with the girls to a full-on festivity The Cocktail Garden can’t fail to inspire you to get mixing.
