Our go-to for intimate dining any night of the year, Métisse is a bold and progressive French restaurant in Potts Point headed by chef, author and television personality Opel Khan - joined by an impressive all-French team to the kitchen with nine Michelin stars between them, including head chef Benoit Lollichon and Khan’s daughter, Lucinda Khan as Sous-Chef.
