Café Mix is an all-day dining restaurant located in the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney that believes in fresh ingredients and diverse menu selections.
Head Chef Bo Sorensen recently introduced a brand new a la carte menu featuring traditional comfort foods and a modern twist on Asian classics. Located on level one of the hotel, Café Mix also regularly features a full buffet with the restaurant's signature dessert station and chocolate fountain.
