It’s not often you walk into a food court and expect to get the best food in the southern hemisphere, but Gumshara unanimously holds the position of best ramen in Sydney - the tonkotsu ramen (pork) is especially popular. It’s in a food court, so if you’re sitting in you can expect standard seating arrangements and the usual hustle and bustle - not a fine-dining decor, but utterly delicious nonetheless.
