The Sound Lounge

Part of Sydney University’s Seymour Centre, The Sound Lounge specialises in more intimate performances in their café styled venue. The size makes for great acoustics and since everyone can see the stage it’s also perfect for alternative shows such as cabaret, stand up comedy or even seminars. The venue can be hired for private functions and has a bar that offers up live refreshments. On Friday and Saturday nights, The Sound Lounge is taken over by jazz performances, courtesy of SIMA (Sydney Improvised Music Association).
