Orange’s premier festival F.O.O.D week is back on the calendar for 2022!

In its 31st year, F.O.O.D Week is a celebration of the region’s diverse local produce, talented chef’s, passionate producers and cool-climate wine. The online program is live now and access to tickets will be made available from 10am, 7 January.

The very first edition of F.O.O.D Week comprised of only two signature events: a Friday evening dinner starring a guest celebrity chef and using exclusively local region produce, and a Saturday local producers market known as F.O.O.D Affair. Today, F.O.O.D Week has expanded to reflect the phenomenal growth of Orange’s food and wine scene, celebrated annually as a ten-day event with six signature events complemented by over 70 satellite events hosted at local restaurants, cellar doors and a selection of some of the most scenic outdoor locations

Top tips for this year’s festival will of course by the crowd pleaser of Forage and an autumnal long lunch in Sampson Street and we also encourage festival attendees to take up the joy of producing you your own pickles and preserve making class or wander with a local producer and chef as they forage in preparation for the meal ahead.
