A new take on the traditional Hawaiian style raw fish dish poké serving its own unique modern twist on the classic dish. The signature bowl is sashimi grade yellow fin tuna that’s cubed and coated with a specially created emulsified salty spicy soy sauce. Simply choose your base - including soba, brown or white rice, or iceberg lettuce - then the bowl is topped with grated beetroot, sour and spicy kimchi, sweet wakame, clean and crisp dashi daikon, wasabi peas for crunch and blanched green beans for texture.
