Restaurateurs Amanda and Leigh McDivitt reopen as husband and wife team in the new Balmain location. Some old favourites, some new dishes, an international wine list with a leaning to McLaren Vale and three types of bubbles by the glass, a red feature wall. A perfectly balanced menu of choices from five entrees, five mains, four sides and five desserts. Chef's hand cut chips cooked in aged beef dripping are possibly the best chips in Sydney.
