In perhaps a world first PS hand crafted sodas has its own bar and factory location.

Brought to you by beverage craftsman Michael Chiem who many Sydney drinkers would remember from Bulletin Place, The Cliff Dive, Lobo Plantation and from Black Bar The Star where he was head bartender and also consulted on cocktails throughout seven bar facilities of the venue; he has also won the coveted Hot New Talent and Shake Down awards. In conjunction with Chiem, the brand has been developed with other co-owners master mixologist (think The Tippling Club, Singapore; and Experimental Cocktail Club: Chinatown, London; and ECC Lower East Side, NYC) Thor Bergquist and design guru Livia Lima.

Given this background, the sodas are designed to compliment spirits, but can also hold their own as a stand-alone soft drink.

You can also find the debut flavours of Wattle Cola, Bush Tonic, Smoked Lemonade Blackstrap Ginger and Grapefruit & Gentian at- Archie Rose, Bennelong, Cornersmith, Firedoor, Lazy Suzie and Luis Tan all in Sydney.
