Boasting big bills and a bowling alley, the Standard Bowl (formerly The Standard) is perhaps the new home of Sydney Rock n Roll. Part owned by Matt Rule (formerly of the Annandale Hotel), The Standard Bowl has pretty much picked up where the Annandale left off as far as its approach to music - although it is an entirely different beast as a venue. The bar is impressive with plenty of craft beers at reasonable enough prices. Oh, did I mention there’s a bowling alley there?
