Teapots come into their own in this basement bar as the new way to share cocktails - like Kung Fu death grip (tequila, agave, yuzu, lemon, soda) - and pour easily into Chinese teacups and more easily down the hatch. There’s plenty of other Asian inspiration on offer for those who don’t want to share. A gin martini will never be the same again after its rose and lychee update. Some sit in the red opium den sipping Tsing Tao. But the real secret here (apart from toilets that speak to you), is the largest collection of Japanese whiskies in town.
