A taste of Tokyo in the heart of Sydney, your taste buds will be transported with an unparalleled Japanese-style menu, hand-crafted to perfectly complement Veuve Clicquot’s exquisite champagnes, and delivered with a side of thrilling visual and interactive entertainment for an evening of sophisticated fun.

You’ll begin your evening with tai goma nori before moving on to crab chawanmushi with parmesan and brown butter and then mussel tempura with tarragon. Relish a fourth course of veal tataki, smoked eel jus and kale before enjoying toro, ocean trout, scampi and yasai sushi and finishing with a decadent dessert course of strawberry parfait, coconut dacquoise and white chocolate.
