It’s been a whirlwind few months for Parcels following the release of their highly acclaimed single ‘Overnight’ which was produced and co-written with the planet’s most gifted robots Daft Punk. Hailing from the sun-drenched shores of Byron Bay and now based in Berlin, the electronic five-piece have recently played Glastonbury, The Great Escape, Dot to Dot and secured supports with Phoenix, Two Door Cinema Club and Air. Parcels have announced that they’ll be returning home for the summer for an Australian tour in January.
Parcels are Jules Crommelin, Patrick Hetherington, Noah Hill, Anatole Serret and Louie Swain. The 19 year-old's first caught the eye of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel Homem Christo of Daft Punk at a Paris club in 2016. Following their chart-topping partnership with The Weeknd, and previous collaborations with major artists including Nile Rodgers, Pharrell Williams, and Kanye West, Daft Punk have now elected to add a brand new name to a stellar list. ‘Overnight’ is a timeless statement of bighearted mentorship and of youthful inspiration, an effortless cut of summer bliss that shines with innate musicianship and unfurls its refined groove into the mellowest of nights.
