This unique opportunity allows young solo artists and bands to showcase their talents by writing and performing their own music in any contemporary style. Those selected will be invited to perform on a professional stage in this electrifying competition and will gain invaluable feedback from a panel of industry professionals.
Plus, headliner band High-tails (as heard on triple J) will keep everyone buzzing during the judges’ deliberations. Prizes will be awarded for best overall act, best stagecraft and best song writing.
Entries must be written and performed by young people (21 years and under) and can be up to a maximum of 10 minutes in duration (including 1 – 2 songs and set up time). Entries must be submitted by a producer, for example a parent, teacher of responsible adult.
