This November 25th, 26th and 27th, the inner west pop-up party Street Food Circus is coming to Marrickville as a three-day summer street food mecca.
Fraser Park will transform into an essential event with a knockout mix of artisan food traders, craft beer and wine, vinyl DJs and live music. Our mobile line-up will serve up a mix of Italian, Asian and organic food, all handmade each day from the freshest of produce.
Big Papa’s will be serving their burgers; look out for the Americano, it’s as tall as it is wide. Fritto + Co satisFRY you with some of the best arancini this side of Italy; they’re crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and just the right amount of cheesy.
No street food is complete without dumplings so Let’s Do Yum Cha, will be fulfilling all your dim sim and duck pancake needs. For the more health conscious Agape Organic will bring their feel-good fast food with everything from pizza to brownies, and nachos to pudding. On the other end of the scale Saigon Summer will take over the outdoor BBQ pit providing that authentic Vietnamese street food.
Sweet treats are catered for with new kids on the block Torch Me Brulee, and from Donut Dealers who we’re sure to be crowd pleasers. Nothing goes together quite like ice cream and waffles, so Marrickville's favourite dairy free ice cream Over The Moo have teamed up with Waffles and Dom to make this dessert a vegan reality.
And did we say booze? Pair your eats with Sydney’s favourite gin as Archie Rose bring the essence of their bar to our cocktail shack as well as Mountain Goat who will be on hand with all your favourites at our other two bars. Because what is a picnic without a beverage?
You can’t eat them but we know you love them; Rolling Records – a vinyl record truck – will be on-site to whet your musical appetite. Move on over to the Big Top to see those records in action with the freshest local vinyl DJs providing the soundtrack for the event.
If it’s not on wheels, we don’t want to know about it!
