Classic Cocktails Reimagined

This month, Merivale bartenders have honoured the enduring sophistication of iconic cocktails and created a new taste and heritage for each.

The series is called ‘The Classics Reimagined’ and includes:

Charlie Parker’s - The TOM COLLINS reimagined with Plymouth Gin, apricot, fennel seed, lemon, soda and fennel flower. 

Ms.G’s – The WHISKY SOUR reimagined - Yuzu Whiskey Sour Slushie with Chivas Regal, Yuzu, lemon juice and blue coconut foam

The Smelly Goat, Queens Hotel – The MARGARITA with Avion, Pink Grapefruit, Sriracha, IPA and hop bud garnish

J&M – The ESPRESO MARTINI reimagined with Absolut, Wattle Seed syrup and cold drip coffee

Palmer & Co. – The MOJITO reimagined – Hierbas Mojito with Havana Club, thyme & chamomile syrup, orange & lemon juice, with lavender and rosemary.
