You love the Mary's burgers, now meet the Mary's Kebab!

Mary's owners Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham are taking over The Cliff Dive kitchen to exclusively produce a varied and rotating selection of unorthodox kebab fillings. Think smoked chicken, Lebanese pickles and garlic sauce, devil pork curry, mango pickle and sorrel yoghurt, slow roasted lamb neck with XO sauce and pickled turnip stalks and of course for the veggies roast pumpkin, corn, cheese turnip top salsa verde.

"We love The Cliff Dive boys and we love to push ourselves," Jake Smyth says. "The kitchen is tiny and super hot, it's tight and tough. The kebabs are hopefully the same, hold the small part. They won't be super-traditional, but we will draw influence from the "3am drunk fat man" kebab that we all love."

The Mary's kitchen at The Cliff Dive will be operating everything Thursday, Friday and Saturday from Thursday 7th May 8pm until late.

Kebabs will be priced from around $10 depending on filling.
