Highland Park Whisky held a Sydney special event whisky dinner for media as part of a three day Wild Harmony pop-ups under the stunning glass roof of The Palm House within the Royal Botanic Garden.
The entertaining and educational tasting tutorial wrapped Highland Park whisky cocktails at each end of the three course dinner, and each course was paired with a single malt Scotch from the Orkney Islands.
Highland Park single malt Scotch Whisky forms both an excellent entry point to smoky peat for new whisky drinkers and a golden wild heather honey delight from the whisky connoisseur.
Tickets for the pop-up for the public are available here.
