Options to add American bacon, Spanish chorizo, smoked salmon, meatballs, grilled haloumi cheese, grilled chicken tenderloin, avocado, sautéed mushroom, char-grilled eggplants, grilled Roma tomatoes, wilted baby spinach, any style egg, chunky tomato relish, house-made hollandaise to any of the meals makes the all day breakfasts, pressed grills and toast, and salad choices almost limitless. Terrific thick milkshakes and iced Vietnamese coffee are beverage winners.
