Mid-morning breakfast options such as house made granola with honeycomb, daily baked muffins, Spanish hotpot with chorizo and fried egg or hot cakes with macadamia praline, macadamia crumble and organic maple syrup hit the spot. Alternately, an evening at Lodge Tapas offers chilled cocktails and tapas plates like zucchini fries with garlic aioli, mushroom arancini with parmesan and truffle oil or double cooked pork belly with apple puree served with grilled Canadian scallops and home-made vegetable chips.
