MISTELLE was inspired by French culture coupled with the slick modern ways of New York’s food scene. The food by Head Chef, Frederic Booms (ex L’Etoile) has a Mediterranean theme focusing on the freshest seasonal produce, grass-fed meats, sustainable seafood and local and international cured meats and cheese. Owner Alicia Wadsworth, is a member of the Commanderie du Bordeaux and holds her Wine Spirit Education Trust levels 2 and 3 and a Diploma from the Sydney Wine Academy and has quite literally poured this knowledge into the offering and wine list at MISTELLE.
