We're excited to see Shady Wasef fulfilling a dream with his wife Rose. His passion is bread and baking, and after working in a number of top restaurants, firstly as a Manfredi apprentice, then a Chef, he discovered where his heart lay. Before opening Pioik he was back at Bells at Killcare baking their bread and other treats.
Pioik is actually the word bread, in ancient Coptic.
And we love Pioik Bakery as Shady Wasef bakes and feeds us with love.
