Potts Point Hotel (formerly Sugarmill) has had a brand new fit-out with designted dining spaces, separate bar area and outdoor seating.

Head Chef Tushad Bamji honed his skills under Matt Kemp and has designed a smokehouse style menu. The smoked meats include dishes such as Sticky beef spare ribs, Carolina pulled pork shoulder, Kansas style buttermilk chicken, and Grain fed Riverina Angus beef brisket. Served with pickles and corn bread they're available from 5.30pm as soon as they come out of the smoker. There are also yummy smoky snacks and long lazy weekend brunches.
