With 120 gins in the bar The Powder Keg will potentially keep you coming back for more. While Grant Collins has put this very fine spirit collection together the applause doesn't stop there. For those having a mixed drink, the tonic is more than half the flavour. The Powder Keg top the things up with the renowned British FeverTree, local Capi, Schweppes, Quina Fina as well as house made tonic. Plus there are three choices for ice, hand-chipped, block or regular. Gin and Tonics in Sydney never looked better. And of course, Collins has created a killer gin cocktail list. Plenty of wine choices too.
